How to make my Fathers of Communism artwork.
Step 1: Make a new document with these settings
Step 2: Place and fill the layer with your background
Step 3: Open up the picture of your subject and crop them out, do this for all your images and place them onto the original layer.
Step 4: Paste the cropped out images onto the original and make sure they are all the same size.
Step 5: Place a Posterize layer and put it at 6
Step 6: Next add a gradient map layer and put it at the top of the layers.
Step 7: Click under the bar to create a stop, click the stop and the option to choose the color will pop up.
Change the color to e01825 and press OK, then change the location to 50.

Step 8: Create another stop and change the color to fde5a9 and the location to 75
Step 9: Click the last stop and make it the same color as before.
Step 10: Select your main images and merge them together, to select them all, press ctrl and click on the layers.
Step 11: Go to filters at the top and press filter gallery
Step 12: Select Cutout and put in these settings.
Step 13: After you press OK, the rest of the artwork can be made by cropping out the images and pasting them into the original layers, put some strong text in, using colors that contrast with the background, and your artwork will look something like this.
Photo Restoration
Step 1: Open up a picture similar to this one in Photoshop
Step 2: Select this tool (It may be under another tool if you don't see it)
Step 3: Use the tool to go over the cracks and any stains. Do this until none remain and the image should end up something like this.
Glow
Step 1: Open up a new document and place the picture you want to apply the glow to
Step 2: Crop out the image and copy and paste it into the same document
Step 3: Select the cropped image and click Layer at the top
Step 4: Then click layer style and select outer glow
This box should pop up
Step 6: Adjust the settings to your preference

The glow didn't pop up for me until I hid the background layer, I do not know if this is an issue with Photoshop, or I did something wrong but I will look into it.
